During the renovation of an old veterans building, there was question regarding the existence, location and depth of the reinforcing steel within the newly constructed concrete slab. Ground Penetrating Radar Systems, Inc. was contacted to verify the presence of the steel and provide knowledge. Wade Vickers-GPRS Oklahoma mobilized to the site in Altus, Oklahoma to perform a non-hazardous, non-destructive method of concrete x-ray. Since Ground Penetrating Radar shows images in real time, the results were interpreted and marked directly onto the surface to provide knowledge of what lies beneath the surface.
