Ground Penetrating Radar Systems-Oklahoma was contacted by an electrical contractor prior to mark out any electrical conduits within/beneath the slab prior to saw-cutting at a mall in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Wade Vickers-GPRS Oklahoma mobilized to the site and located several conduits within the saw-cutting path using ground penetrating radar. Since GPR shows data in real time, the results were marked using duct tape (with the depths written) and communicated with the customer. GPRS provides knowledge of what lies beneath the surface. Using GPRS reduces risk and cost, promotes a safe work environment, and provides non-destructive testing by locating materials such as concrete, plastic, metal, steel, and pavement.
