When a railroad needed to determine the location and direction of the 48” concrete drainage pipe, they contacted Ground Penetrating Radar Systems, Inc. to provide assistance. Wade Vickers-GPRS Oklahoma mobilized to the site and gave a precise location of the underground pipe. Since GPR shows data in real time, the results were marked directly onto the surface to give the customer knowledge of the pipe’s location.
