Ground Penetrating Radar Systems was contacted to locate potential voids under a residential home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The homeowners noticed an area on the side of the home that was consistently wet, even in a drought. After a local plumber examined the piping and noticed damaged, a few areas were exposed to discover a large void due to erosion. After a thorough GPR investigation, a massive void beneath the home was discovered and marked directly onto the surface using blue tape (per customer’s request). Since the results were marked directly onto the surface and communicated with the customer and homeowners, future treatment of the voids can be completed in the correct areas. Ground Penetrating Services provides knowledge of what lies beneath the surface using non-destructive and non-hazardous methods.
