Wade Vickers of GPRS-Oklahoma was contacted to locate reinforcing steel and other potential obstructions prior to core-drilling at an airport in Oklahoma City, OK. After a thorough GPR investigation, Wade gave the precise location and depth of the reinforcing steel and beams, which gave the customer a clear area to drill. Since the results were marked directly onto the surface, the customer was able to avoid any obstructions within the slab. Ground Penetrating Radar is time efficient, non-hazardous and able to show real time results.
