When an environmental company needed to install a new petroleum tank, they contacted Ground Penetrating Radar Systems, Inc. to mark out any underground utilities within the proposed excavation area. Wade Vickers-GPRS Oklahoma mobilized to the site and gave a precise location of the sewer, gas and electric lines within an estimated 50’ x 50’ area. Since GPR shows data in real time, the results were marked directly onto the surface to give the customer and excavator knowledge of the utilities located beneath the surface. This ensures the customer can dig safely without costly setbacks and injuries.
